The journey of Parkson Retail Asia Ltd in Indonesia’s retail business begins with the acquisition of Centro Department Store in 2011 under PT Tozy Sentosa. Pursuing dual brand strategy in Indonesia, existing Centro Department Store’s network was expanded in the middle class segment, and at the same time introduced Parkson Department Store to meet the needs of mid to middle upper segment in major cities in Indonesia.
